Are Most Vegans Skinny

Dont know why im losing weight?
For about three months I was doing cardio 45 minutes in the morning 3-5 days a week. Well when school started last month I got busy with that and between work I haven’t been able to work out at all. And within this month I’ve also changed my diet. Eating spelt bagels, brown rice, veggies, fruit and tofu.(Im a vegan) Well I dont know why I keep losing weight. Im eating enough calories a day because I count. Its weird weight loss though, my ribs and spinal cord stick out in back, my hip bones pop out. Laying on my stomach typing on my laptop even hurts because my ribs come out. I also cant lean back on wooden chairs because it hurts. I also lost a ring I had for eight years because my fingers got skinnier . I mean this past month I have been sitting most the time in school for 6 hours a day..I’ve had no formal exercise at all! Any ideas as to why Im having this weird weight loss. I typically eat 10-15g of fat a day and about 250g carbs bc of the rice. Help??
Hmm, probably because you’re not eating enough (or the right kind) of food?
You can’t live off of rice, veggies, and fruit. You need to consume a good amount of protein and calcium as well.
