Are There Fat Vegans

Need help: eating healthy but started to have digestion problems, why? (daily diet?
Hi everyone, i have been experiencing constipation, bloating for several months now, i have been eating very healthy, high fiber, low fat. im also a vegan. i work out regularly too.
my daily diet:
breakfast: egg white, oatmeal + soymilk
lunch: fruits
snack: fruits, yogurt
dinner: sandwich (whole wheat bread + vegetable + fish)
I also drink a good amount of water.
are there anything i could change about my diet to stop constipation?
or are there any kind of medicine i could take?

could it be that you did not consume enough fat? i tried an extremely low fat diet and i was constipated and i’m still kinda am. but when i eat more fat, i realized that i have a bowel movement. also, i didn’t get my period for about eight months until i allowed myself to eat some fats. then i started to get it again. i don’t like it but it signals that my body is healthy and normal again. just don’t go overboard with the fat because remember, fat has more than twice the calories of carbs and proteins.
