Are Vegans Always Hungry

im vegan….but something isnt right?
I’ve been vegan before and decided to start it again. I’m always hungry!! But I eat so many nuts and tortilla chips! I’m also a little overweight…so its not like my metabolism is prize. Is this normal? Oh and is it normal to have an irregular digestive system right now? As in its like I’ve been on laxatives or something. Its been like 4 days of my second journey of veganism. Please HELP!
You can gain weight on any diet if you eat the wrong kinds of food, and eating nuts and tortilla chips all day is really not the right kinds of food. It sounds as if you need some fiber to help “clean” you out. What veggies do you like? Do you like beans? I would look at some vegan recipes on the net or go to the library and check out a vegan cookbook to learn what foods you need to fill you up, but not let you gain weight. Also, no diet does you much good if you do not exercise. Asmuch as a pain as it is, it something you must do if you want to loose weight. Also, make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
Good luck, I think you are on the right track, you might just need a good plan of action to help you stay on it.
