Are Vegans Skinner

I need help with weight loss..please help?
Okay so i am a vegan. In case you don’t know what that is it’s when you don’t eat meat or any dairy products. Well yeah i don’t eat anything that has yeast in it eaither. So no breads, no pasta and no sweets of any kind. Nothing that has preservatives in it. I do eat organic rice though. The problem is I eat soooo much every day in the morning i have a juice that i make myself iwth my juicer its one beet 2 carrot sticks and one granny smith apple and a fat free rice cake and then for lunch 2 pieces of fruit and a rice cake but when i get home i eat so much but i eat EXTREMMELY healthy like lots of fruit lots of rice and lots of like zuccini and vegtables cooked in extra virgin olive oil. But i eat when im not even hungry
im 5’2 and weigh 117 pounds i want to be skinner soo bad i just want to kill myself and cry. Please help im a teenager pleaseee!

maybe eat every 3 hours? that helps the metabolsim, and since you eat vegan foods that is a plus, and drink lots of water., do you work out?? you don’t have that much to loose i’ts not the end of the world it’ll take time. just hang in there. from your diet it looks like you need to just eat on a schedule (like controlled meals, 3 main and 3 snacks every 3 hours) and work out.
