Becoming Vegetarian Vegans

Im interested in becoming vegetarian/vegan, what can / cant I eat?
obviously there’ll be no more meat, and i dont eat fish anyway. but whats the deal with milk etc… I love milk and cheese, so that may be difficult. eggs are ok. any other like products that arent ok for vegetarians? thanks a lot
If you want to be VEGAN, don’t eat anything that has to do with animals. If you want to be just vegetarian, then it’s okay to eat these things.
Honey, wearing leather and silk, sometimes owning pets are not vegan too. Some vitamin suppliments contain animal matters, and it’s really hard to tell. Gelatin can come from animal source too.
Well, do you become a vegetarian because you care about animals or do you do it for your own health? Milk, egg white, and honey are good for you, and so are vitamin suppliments. So it depends on what your objectives are.
