Bodybuilding Supplements For Vegans

What are basic bodybuilding supplements?
im a vegan and im taking vegetarian protein that has all the amino acids. im also taking glutamine (japanese micronized – is it a good one?) and octane blend that has:-
— L-Arginine, responsible for nitric oxide production
— Creatine AKG
— Di-Creatine
— L-Tyrosine
+ some other things.
anything else would you recommend? i dont want to take too many chemicals but may be theres something that is essential in addition to what mentioned above. im trying to build muscles esp calves, im tall and slim hence long muscles which are always harder to work out.
Nothing builds muscle better than protein and sleep. As long as you know how to target the areas you want to develop – that’s going to be worth more investigating than various unfamiliar chemicals. Especially since your calves are hard to isolate, you’re going to want to mix up routines often so they don’t get used to one exercise.
Good luck
