Bodybuilding Vegans

Vegan alternatives to whey-protein?
What would be a vegan method of taking in large amounts of protein (equal to a serving of bodybuilding whey protein) to facilitate muscle growth? I’d like a larger upper body.
I use soy protein, and mix it into shakes, pancakes, and oatmeal.
You can also get protein from the following natural foods:
nuts (including peanut butter)
beans
soy milk
soy burgers
fortified juice
tofu
Also, eating a variety of vegetables will help you get a variety of different proteins.
Your body won’t be able to digest more than 20-25 grams of protein per meal, so don’t waste your protein powder by putting a lot in. I usually only put half a scoop in my shakes and such.
