Do Some Vegans Eat Fish

vegans, vegetarians what can i eat?
I have acid reflux disease and i am also trying to lower my cholesterol because it is 200 and i want to get it down to like half of that, i do not eat any meat, chicken, butter, cheese, and the list goes on
i am kinda busy with work and school, and i buy like alot of canned fruits of vegetables and cook lots of beans, peas, i also cook tofu somtimes and also eat tuna and some other types of fish but once in a while not everyday,(Like today i had no fish just vegetables, beans, fruit, and cereal with soymilk) and i am just a bit tired of the same canned foods and tofu all the time what else can i eat, like something that i can buy or make that is not canned, like something different from tofu and fish, it does not have to have fish it can be beans or rice, i want something that taste good but is healthy and will meet the requirements of acid reflux, being a vegetarian and lowering my cholesterol, thanks
You will be amazed at the variety of vegetarian alternatives out there and because there is no meat they are all have little to no cholesterol. Just the other night I made vegetarian protien links (hot dogs) and veggie hamburgers made by Morning Star. For breakfast I had a bagel with egg alternatives and fake sausage patties (also made by morning star) just the list goes on and on! There is even a fake lunch meat you can buy. Just look around in your local grocery store. They should be found in the organic and health food section.
