i’ve started today trying to limit my dairy and use vegetarian vegan sources but some raw so i guess bit more vegetarian today i had one glass lite soy milk two cups grapes for snack and for breakfast cup of steamed broccoli with a bit garlic olive oil butter for omegas and orange water drink and an apple.
i’ve been ok from changing to an all protien high diet to a fresh whole foods diet tryng to incorporate more fruits veggies enzyems and looking and feeling healthy did i begin the day ok and if i continue to do this for a week will it be ok i plan on later having soy pasta with a mix of semolina but its called carbnada lower carb but great protien source and some black soy beans with sauteed onions in olive oil and peppers and prob more fruit and more veggies steamed like carrots sticks?
I do not think it’s okay. You can eat whatever you want (carbs, fats, sweets) and still lose weight–The key is MODERATION. Diets do not work. Any weight you lose while eating like this you will gain back (and quite possibly then some) once you go back to eating normally. Which you will have to do eventually.
Eat less, move more. Eat four to six meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner the smallest. Eat the majority of your calories earlier in the day. Avoid sodas and junk foods. Keep your calories at or above 1400 a day.
