How Much Weight Will i Lose?
i’m going on south beach phase 1 (just started today!), but i’m going on a vegan version, so i’m subsituting boca burgers and unsweetened soymilk and stuff.
i also got a new workout dvd today. it’s put out by Elle magazine, the “45 minutes cardio” one. so i’ll be doing that every morning before i shower. and i might start doing it once at night too.
i’ll also be walking around 2.5-3.5 miles per day.
and i’m in florida so i’m just going to be sweating a lot in general. but i’ll be drinking a lot of water.
if it helps, right now i’m 143.5 pounds, 5’2” and 16 years old. so yeah, how much weight will i lose if i stick to this for 5 weeks (until school starts)??

From what I have heard the South Beach Diet is an excellent diet. So I would say you could easily lose 1 to 2 pounds per week depending on if you stick to the diet. This would be at the most ten pounds and at the very least five pounds by the time school starts.
Just remember to not give up you can do it! Even when school begins stick to your diet. Eventually you will lose that weight I guarantee it. Hope I helped and good luck!!
