Food For Vegans

A question for all you ‘raw food vegans’ ONLY?
If you are not one, please don’t answer or comment. My questions:
Have you been doing this all your life?
Why have you done it?
What benifits are there?
Are you very healthy?
Is your skin radiant looking? (pretty much all teh raw vegans look pretty amazing in my opinion)?
Have you been doing this all your life?
No, just for the last four and a half years.
Why have you done it?
I was trying anything to deal with killer allergies. It worked.
What benefits are there?
Relief from chronic conditions like migraines, digestive disorders, allergies, hormone imbalances, IBS, eczema, Chrohn’s, etc.
Are you very healthy?
Yes, and my obstetrician will back me up on that- I just had a baby.
Is your skin radiant looking?
You’d really have to ask my husband!
