Actually, there is a lot to eat….most meat substitutes are soy- or gluten-based, but if you season them well, they’re really YUMMY! Recipes for nice tasting desserts are also available in abundance on the web….search for “vegan recipes” (chooseveg.com has instructional videos for some of their recipes). You should be able to get all you need from any health food store.
Vegetarian restaurants are springing up all over the place, so it would really depend on where you live.
Clothing made from synthetic fabric are widely available…no problem there. You really should take this one step at a time though.
P.S. Sunflower, flax and sesame seeds as well as raisins and prunes are really high in iron and folates….citrus juice helps with absorption. I was anemic when I was a meat-eater and I am not now.
