Food Vegans Can’t Eat

food vegans can't eat
What specific foods can’t i eat?

i started being a vegetarian and i wanna know what kind of food i cant eat. i know i cant eat any flesh, or anything that was once an animal, but what else?

btw, im not vegan, i can eat cheese, milk, etc.

First off fish is an animal. I see here a lot that some don’t realize that. You can’t eat anything with gelatin which is jello, marshmallows, gummy like candys etc. Also rennet which is used to make some cheeses is a slaughterhouse product. Start reading ingredient lists. Also watch for beef and chicken stock in a lot of places you wouldn’t expect to find them. McDonalds french fries have beef in them. Here is a list you may find helpful
