How Vegans Get Iron

How else can a vegan get iron and protein and other nutrients other than tofu?
I recently became a vegan (after 21 years of eating meat on a daily basis).
I have tried tofu in every way I can, and I just cannot stomach it. It literally makes me sick.
Meat contains protein, iron, zinc, and the b vitamins riboflavin, thiamin and b-12..
Protein: beans, nuts, seed, lentils, potatoes, etc. Outside of famine conditions, protein deficiency is all but unheard of. If you consume enough calories, you get enough protein.
Iron: beans, whole grains, fortified breakfast cereals.
Zinc: beans, nuts, whole grains, fortified breakfast cereals, and dairy products.
Riboflavin: dark green leafy vegetables, mushrooms, asparagus and broccoli.
Thiamin: whole grains, nuts, sunflower seeds, peas, milk, cauliflower, spinach and legumes.
B-12: eggs, dairy products, organic vegetables and fortified breakfast cereals
