What’s that recipe they use for Vegan chocolate cake from Capers Community Market?

I love those vegan chocolate cakes from Capers. Anyone have any idea what the recipe might be? Or close to there?

Hi, I don’t have one for the Capers cake but i do have a really good recipe for a Vegan Chocolate Cake.

PreHeat oven to 180 C.
Mix 3 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 2tsp baking soda, 1/3 cup cocoa and 1 tsp salt together in a big bowl.
Make a well and pour 3/4 cup olive or vegetable oil, 2 tsp vinegar and 1 tsp vanilla essence and pour 2 cups of water over everything and mix well. (don’t need to use an electric mixer, wooden spoon works just aswel!)
Pour into a cake tin and bake for 25-30 Minutes, or until you can poke a skewer half way between the edge and the middle of the cake and it comes out clean.
Turn out and ice with icing or frosting.

Have made this cake loads and works every time!
