I Support Vegans

How can I go vegan without my family’s support?

For about 4-6 months I was strictly vegetarian and I loved it, though I got so much critisim by my friends and family… living down south your required to eat a little red meat, you know? I want to take the next step and go completely vegan but without the support it’s awfully difficult. Any advice?
