List Of Food For Vegans

Can someone please give me a vegan list of foods?
Im exploring vegen a little more and want to get my family involved but have NO idea what I could feed a three and one year old. Can someone please take the time out for me and give me a list of foods that maybe you feed your kids? Or just a list in general?
You will have to explore a little, but this site will take you pretty much everything at your local stores that are vegan.
