Minnesota Vegans

Minnesota vegans and vegetarians advise please.?
Ok, so I have a few concerns/questions to deal with before I can embark on this way of life. First I live in rural Minnesota and finding organic produce and vegan products is extremely difficult. Are there any online stores that will ship organic produce?
I love meat, milk, cheese…all of it. How do you overcome that yearning for a big fat prime rib dinner once in a while?
My reasons for thinking about veganism are three-fold.
*Environmental reasons…cow flatulance is the leading cause of pollution in the world. Who knew?
*Animal cruelty….I can’t handle thinking about how those poor animals are treated during thier lives and the way they are treated at slaughter.
*My own health and wellness.
Another question I have is what about your families? Are your families (kids, parents, siblings…) vegans as well, and if not how hard is it to co-exist with those who choose to eat meat? Thanks for your imput!!
You will starve as a Vegan in Minnesota unless you are very wealthy. Freight is the killer. Of course, you can grow your own and spend eighty hours a week in food production and processing…
