Multi Vitamins For Vegans

Can someone recommend…?

Im looking for a good vegan multi vitamin/ lotion. I am afraid I may have eczema and can’t seem to find any good products for my skin..:( Specificly a facial moisturizer of some sort..
Anyone out there who has found any good vegan products for this sort of problem?
