question: What foods are high in iron besides meat? I intend on becoming a vegetarian, not a vegan, so I’m not worried about protein or calcium deficiency, just iron deficiency. Thanks.

(For those who thought I was just playing around, I wasn’t.)
I’m also selling my cattle and raising horses instead. I’ve been meaning to do that for a long time anyway.
