Protein Supplements Vegans

Should I be taking protein supplements?
I’m a 21 year old girl, 5’1″ and 120lbs, and I’ve been lifting weights about 3 times a week for the past three months. I’m a vegan. I’ve started feeling really tired after working out recently, and I’m wondering if I should be taking protein supplements?
Much better to get protein the natural way.
