Polish (cheap) veggie recipes for new veggie?

I have a polish friend who wants to turn veggie, he is coming over tomorrow night for some advice (I’m vegan and hubby is veggie) but I dont really know polish food. I dont mind if the answers have polish links, i’l print it off for him, my polish is very limited!! We’re doing a meal plan tomorrow to help him stick to a budget. I dont want to just throw a load of strange food at him when he is trying to change his diet too. Any help appreciated.
