Recommended Vitamins For Vegans
As a vegetarian, do you take supplements?
I take a daily vegetarian/vegan vitamin/herbal supplement.
Everyone is always asking me if i “get my protein” which I am reading is what everyone seems to be asked. My question – do you have a particular supplement that you take that you would recommend? I do sometimes feel a little worn out.
Now I do have fibromyalgia, so that could be part of the cause for my feeling worn out, and it may have nothing to do with my eating habits at all. I’m just wondering.

Moxie – thank you. I am VERY active though, just to clarify. I am active all day and I do go to the gym at least 4 days a week. This does help my fibro A LOT and I do feel very good working out, I’ve been doing that for a long time. But thank you!
I take a one-a-day vitamin, but if your eating a balanced vegetarian diet you don’t need to worry about taking supplements. You would have to starve youself to not get enough protein.
