Statistics On Vegans And Vegetarians

How many servings of fruits and veggies do you eat every day?
I’ve been reading some statistics lately, and they vary but the upshot is that only 10 to 20% of Americans eat the recommended minimum of five fruits and veggies in a day. I find that very troubling.
It made me wonder, though, what the average is among vegetarians and vegans. So how do you do on average?
At least five. More at the beginning of the week right after I have bought food, on that last day before I go buy more food it’s probably only five. Yesterday I had over ten, the normal day it’s probably around eight to ten. The majority of my servings are always fruit. Today so far I’ve had three servings of fruit and three of veggies but more will come. Definitely more fruit, I love fruit. I like the question, I was wondering this the other day.
