The Carnivorous Vegans

What is your opinion on feeding dogs and cats vegan food?
Okay, I have some letters. Type which one that matches your opinion the most. I was wondering what V’s and V’s thought about feeding ferrets, dogs, and cats.
A. Sure you can have dogs, cats. They can be vegan like you
B. No feed your carnivore animals their natural diet of meat
C. Don’t own carnivorous animals if your vegan, get a rabbit or something
Chris S. This is about pets, not humans. Humans do not need meat. Is protein the only nutrient you’ve ever heard of? Protein is abundant in nuts, seeds, and whole grains. So is iron, which is found in leafy greens and nuts, seeds, and whole grains. Once again, this question is about pets.
I personally like C. Although, I’m not sure what type of plant-eating animal would trot alongside me on my saturday hike when I move out and get my own house. Maybe I can get a rat that can ride on my shoulder LOL
would go for B and C.
feed you animal the type of food it is most likely to eat if it wasn’t your pet and don’t get an animal that you cannot take care of properly (see B)
Dogs will not eat veggies/plants in the wild unless they want to purge or throw up. While they may get used to eating a vegetarian diet (what choice do they have really except to eat what they are fed), meat is still a dog’s natural food
