Tips For New Vegans

I’m trying to be a vegan but lately I’ve been eating meat?

I ate a new KFC sandwich that has chicken strips for buns, its called the ‘double down’ and it was fckin good lol…but seriously i need to be vegan i was doing good for 3 months……need some help from some of you, tips to keep on it, i feel better when i dont eat meat.

you dont have to be full Vegan to be a vegetarian there is diffrent forms of being veg such as. Lacto Ovo Veg(eats eggs and dairy no meat of course) Lacto Veg(Eats Dairy but no meat no eggs) and then there is Vegan(Vegan is the stritest form of vegetarian No eggs, no meat, no honey and is difficult to acheve right off the bad. There is also the Semi veg diet really research it so you know what you are getting into.

I sugest purchasing some morning star or boca products they are really great I cant live with out the morning star chick’n nuggets you cant even tell the diffrence between the real stuff and the veggie stuff. I am a morningstar fan i dont care for boca toomuch but everyone has diffrent tastes i supose
