Tofu Recipes For Vegans

Anybody have any good Tofu recipes or ideas.?

Not tryin to be a vegan but just cut back on meat consumption. Tried a chinese soup with tofu the other day and kinda like it. So Im looking for some other ideas to prepare it myself.

Fried tofu is very versatile and tasty. I enjoy it with marinara sauce as a “meatball” sandwich or with pasta.

Since you’re not vegan, I’ll mention that the tofu soup is also nice with a single shrimp added (one per bowl). That’s totally optional though.
