Utah Vegans

what’s a good name for a vegetarian + vegan society/group? something cool and interesting.?
I live in Utah, and there is a state vegetarain society, but its in southern utah. I want to have one for northern utah.
I want to make it a fun thing, where people can join for free and just trade recipes, hang out, have pot luck, talk about the history of vegetarianism, get involved in cool activities.
Northern Utah Vegetarian/Vegan Association = NUVVA
so it is easy to remember you can later just call it by the acronym.
