Vegans Allergic To Soy

I just became vegan, and I need advice please!?
I stopped eating meat and eggs a few years ago, and now I am giving up dairy. I haven’t eaten dairy in about a week, and I cannot seem to eat enough calories and am losing weight. Does anyone have any suggestions on cheap, filling vegan foods with a substantial amount of calories? I am allergic to peanuts and mildly allergic to soy beans. I can drink some soy milk without a problem, but I want to stay away from processed soy products. I do not yet know if I’m allergic unprocessed soy. I have been eating mostly steamed vegetables, whole wheat pasta, fruit, homemade bread with hemp seeds, and a “soup” I have made of vegetables and potatoes. I also have been drinking a vegan protein shake until I can get enough calories and vitamins from the foods I am eating.
Also, are there any types of supplements I need to be taking? I rather get what I need from the foods I eat though.
Any tips, recipes, or advice you have would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
I’ll give you advice. If you give up all the best sources of complete proteins, you are going to have health problems. In fact it sounds like you already are.
