Multivitamin for a vegan teen?

I recently ran out of my multi vitamin and whole foods stopped selling it so I can’t get more!
So it needs to have iron in it(Dr.’s orders on that one) and b12, any others really. I would not like it to have more than 100% of DV of anything and it can not have gell capsuled because those have gelatin in them, so any ideas??
I am looking for a multivitamin, not a food source
