Like, what ingredients are in those supplements? The ones that lets you gain muscles? I’m a vegan and was wondering what is actually in it? Thanks!

P.S. I forgot something. If the only way to get protein for supplements is through meat, then doesn’t that mean the supplements contain “animal?”

Some supplements are extracts from meat by products!
There are also supplements that are extracts from protein veggies like broccoli, brussel sprouts, aspargus, beets etc.
Supplements are money wasters.. You can get all your protein from veggies and fruits! You need the acidic of fruit as it helps protein of veggies digest properly! Many herbal drinks can also give you a quick burst of energy.. such as Rosehip Tea, Ginseng, Yarrow Root, etc.
