how do i loose the last pounds?

ok well in the beginning of the school year i weighed 195 pounds and had major back surgery I lost 20 pounds and kept it off. I now weigh 175 well i want to get down to 160-155ish by the time school comes around only problem is that i feel like i’ve hit a plateau with my weight loss =( so how do i loose the last weight? i mean i already walk almost everyday 2 miles and i do stomach exercises and i eat a super healthy diet ( im a vegan so I basically eat fruits and veggies =D). Yeah so how can i loose it? any help is much appreciated.

Start running instead of just walking. Also do some type of workout: kickboxing, tae bo, yoga, playing soccer, weightlifting, something.
