Vegans Animals

Why do vegans not eat things that come from animals?
Why do they not eat it? it doesn’t harm animals to give us eggs and milk does it?
Because most of us think it’s wrong to hurt animals for our consumption. There’s many reasons to why we become vegans/vegetarians. Health reasons, religion, animal welfare, environmental issues, etc. Actually yes, cows are given hormones to produce milk & their utters are bruised by the time they’re done with milking them.
The factory farming system of modern agriculture strives to maximize output while minimizing costs. Cows, calves, pigs, chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and other animals are kept in small cages, in jam-packed sheds, or on filthy feedlots, often with so little space that they can’t even turn around or lie down comfortably. They are deprived of exercise so that all their bodies’ energy goes toward producing flesh, eggs, or milk for human consumption. The giant corporations that run most factory farms have found that they can make more money by cramming animals into tiny spaces, even though many of the animals get sick and some die. Industry journal National Hog Farmer explains, “Crowding Pigs Pays,” and egg-industry expert Bernard Rollins writes that “chickens are cheap; cages are expensive.”
There’s no reason for them to be treated like that. PETA may be crazy but they have informed so many of us & I am happy that they have. I would have never known about what they kept a secret. Vegetarianism & veganism is a personal choice & no one can change our minds.
Darwin’s “survival of the fittest” theory is certainly an accurate description of “nature’s law.” But the animals who kill other animals for food do so because they have no choice in the matter. They would starve to death otherwise. We humans are lucky to have a choice. Millions of vegetarians the world over are proof that we won’t drop dead if we stop eating meat! We humans have a social order in our interactions with each other and with the animals we love and protect—animals like dogs and cats. A vegetarian diet extends this compassion that we have for domestic animals and the respect of the right to life that we give other humans, to all animals. After learning about the cruelties that go on in the average slaughterhouse, it would be very hard to argue that what you see is morally defensible
