Vegans Are Skinny

Will becoming a vegan make your thighs skinnier?
I am a 13 year old girl, who is a vegetarian. I was just wondering if I became a vegan would my thighs become [more] skinnier? I am pretty active,I played volleyball, I’m starting track tomorrow, and i have gym everyday (would that help out as well?) but thats just my question, thanks =].
Becoming Vegan is basically cutting out dairy, eggs, and gelatin.
There are different levels of this too. It is important to still get complex proteins if you want to build muscle. Soy and Rice protein are good for this. Building muscle is the most effective way to loose fat, as it burns the most calories even at rest. Stretching the inner thighs will help elongate the muscles and as far as diet be sure to be getting enough nutrients. Cutting out dairy is always a good idea as well. Our bodies really don’t get that much nutrition out of it…
