What kinda of bread do vegans eat?

I know they dont eat whole wheat ….wat are the names….Please help thanks

True dedicated vegans, meaning those who eat no animal products – not even eggs or milk products – pay attention to total nutrition, and are more likely to select organically grown foods overall.

So, whole wheat is fine, as long as it’s not over-processed or filled with chemicals. A favorite among many health food fans is Ezekiel bread. It’s made from sprouted grains, and isn’t too heavy or chewy. It can tend to be a bit more crumbly than white bread, but that’s typical for unprocessed foods.

The idea is that many vegans look for foods that will fulfill the complete protein requirements of the body, and Ezekiel is a whole protein bread. Other ideas along that line: beans and rice; grains and nuts, and so on.

All in all, it’s easy to talk to most grocery managers at health food stores – and get the whole list of what’s available and what you’ll like.
