Looking for a bakery for vegan-gluten free wedding cake?

i live in orange county, ny and because my fiance’s family has celiac’s disease and they are also vegans i want to incorporate that into our wedding. even though my family does not suffer from it, it means a lot to us to have this at our wedding. does anyone know of a bakery in this area that is willing to accommodate us with this?

You might have to send someone with a van to pick it up the day before the wedding but these are beautiful.
