Why do I keep having dreams about eating meat?

I’ve been vegan for 2 years, and I keep having dreams about sitting at a table and eating pork, beef and chicken. I wake up feeling disgusted.
Do these dreams mean anything?

It sounds like your thinking a little too much about meat and it’s become an obsession. What you need to do is get your mind off of it and eventually the dreams will stop. When it pops up in your mind throughout the day, ignore it and try to control what you are thinking about.

It’s like when I think about old scenes or characters from horror movies that I once saw that freaked me out. They would pop up in my head from time to time and I would obsess about them and keep repeating them. Then I would end up having stupid nightmares about them. Thankfully, I’ve learned to control my dreams, most of the time as well as my thoughts.
