Vegans For Christ

vegans for christ
If Jesus were to set foot on this Earth today, would he be wearing Birkenstock sandals?

Would Christ be a Vegan, or would he head over to Tony Roma’s for all you can eat ribs?
I have known people with genius IQ’s who wear those sandals. Not me. They are too expensive.

Christ would not be wearing Birkenstocks. He would be wearing a budget knock-off. He would eat all the foods we eat…with the probable exception of pork. For the Kingdom of God does not consist in eating and drinking…” (Romans 14:17).

He would not be drop dead gorgeous because people would not follow him for his looks, it says so in the Bible. He wouldn’t be rich because how could he preach humility and be affluent? Any money he would get would go to whoever needed it. Of course, being the Son of God, he would know who needed it.

When most think of Tolstoy, they think of the great author. ‘War and Peace’ and ‘Anna Karenina’ brought him worldwide fame, and a good deal of money. Had he done nothing else in life, these two novels would have ensured him status and respect. Few others had written both a national epic and a great love story; and some might have been content with that. For his last thirty years, however, Tolstoy…
