Vegans Lack Calcium

vegans lack calcium
could somewhat yellow-tinted skin be a sign of lack of protein/calcium?

i’m only 15 and already i sometimes have weak knees/joint pains, yellow-tinted skin and my skin is REALLY stretchy.. which sounds weird but i have alot of it i can just pull on my arm.
the only thing i could think of is a lack of protein of calcium. i’ve been a vegetarian since i was a toddler and i occasionally get protein from nuts and soy, but not every day.
i never drink milk and hardly ever have cheese or yogurt, im practically a vegan.

what should i do?

Sounds like it has something more to do with your liver. Jaundice is quite common for short periods of time, but it could also be an early symptom of cirrhosis or hepatitis. When in doubt, visit your doc.

But this doesn’t sound like anything related to veggieism.
