Vegans Meaning

to all vegans =)?

if someone’s a vegan meaning they don’t eat anything from animals rite.. so… what DO they eat?
isn’t their food choices very limited?

There are plenty of vegan foods! It’s not as limiting as many people would imagine.

-Fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and grains
-Non-dairy products… There are vegan versions of: milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, whipped cream, cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, butter etc.
-Fake meats: There are many fake meats that are vegan. Here’s a list: http://www.vegcooking.com/guide-favs.asp

Examples of my favorite vegan foods:

-Quesadillas and grilled cheese, made with soy cheese
-Pizza with soy cheese
-Pasta and vegan meatballs
-Subs with Tofurkey Deli Slices and vegan mayo
-Bean or grilled veggie burritos
-Fried “chicken” made with vegan chicken strips
-Vegan pumpkin pie pancakes
-Smoothie with soy yogurt and fruit
-Vegan chocolate chip cookies
-Veggie burger at Johnny Rockets

There’s a powder called “EnerG Egg Replacer”. It replaces eggs in baked goods. It’s easy to replace butter, milk, and cheese with vegan versions.
