Vegans Need Protein Pills

soy milk to help lose weight for a vegan?

i tried protein pills, but they suck. i dont want to do protein powders, because they dont work for me either. ive lost 62lbs so far, and i need to lose another 72lbs which is mine and my doctors agreement. my question is, will soy milk give me enough energy to do my normal excersizes? such as jogging lifting small weights while watching tv. im not going to get into my health issues, but my dr. said that i should lose half a pound every day/every other day with a total of 2 to 3.5 lbs a week. btw, being a vegan is my choice to lose weight. lately ive been kind of weak and tired, and it doesnt take a scientist to know its because im not consuming enough protein. will soy milk give me energy without causing me to gain weight?

I would definitely suggest drinking soy milk regularly. But if you are Vegan like myself and don’t love soy milk there are other options too. You can try Almond Milk (my fav.) or Rice Milk. They make them in different flavors too like Vanilla, Chai, sweetened and unsweetened.

Congrats on the weight lost so far, that is great!
