Vegans Norway

Any good vegan stores or restaurants in Norway?
I’m going to be in Norway for a few months. One thing I’ve noticed already is that the food is generally more expensive than in the U.S. (happily, vegetables only slightly so, whereas meat (besides fish) is incredibly expensive comparatively.) I also realize I will have to learn Bokmål if I want to read the ingredients.
So, does anyone have any tips for living in Norway as a vegan? What produce is best, some good pre-made or frozen products that are decently priced (i.e. – imported from America would probably be prohibitively expensive), stores that are best in cost and variety, and, I hope beyond hope, there may even be a vegan (or at least, vegan-friendly) restaurant within a couple hundred miles of Bergen – the closer, the better. Thanks in advance!
From people who have lived or been here, or even heard things secondhand, please…I’ve already searched online myself. I’m asking for more personal answers.
