i have a Chinese Crested 1 year old, he is losing skin pigment, All his spots have disappeared, skin very dry?

1 year old male Chinese Crested. He’s losing skin color. He used to have the notorious spot pattern of a Hairless Crested and now his spots are gone. His skin color is at least five shades lighter. He looks like he’s been rolled in flour. I use a Vegan Lotion on him and he is still extremely dry. Please HELP ME I love My Dog!

put some organic lotion on his skin. If that doesn’t change anything take him to the vet….He might have dermatitis!
