How hard is it to switch from vegetarian to vegan?

i’m 15. I have been a vegetarian for a year. and im thinking about switching to being a vegan and i have a few questions. What is a good way to convince my mom that i can still be healthy? Does pasta or bread have any animal byproducts? Is morning star vegan or have any vegan foods? Is it more costly? How do I know what clothes i can wear,and what products to use?

No, you CANNOT be a healthy vegan. Humans are supposed to have meat in their diet. You should be an omnivore, as we humans have evolved to be.
