Vitamins Vegans Should Take

Vegan daily vitamins?

A few of us want to start taking vitamins daily to make up for what we dont get since weve given up on animal products.
I want some advice before i start.
Im aware its possible to overdo it with certain vitamins.
Any advice on which one(s) to take? A good brand thats actually VEGAN.
Anything i should stay away from?
Any other advice?

try VegLife. they’re 100% vegan, and they offer “Vegan One Multiple,” which is the basic daily nutrients you need (except iron), as well as couple other supplements like Vitamin D, iron, etc. The Vegan One Multiples smell kind of gross but it’s tolerable if you dont sniff them, and you wash it down with juice.

As for which ones exactly to take besides the Multiple, talk to a nutritionist. Or just your doctor.
