What college has the best music performance program out of these options?

I play alto saxophone and I am looking for a college.
These are my favorites:

Sorry, I don’t know about those colleges out west, but if you are taking opinions about eastern coast colleges, check out SUNY (State University of New York) college at Fredonia. The sax teacher there is AMAZING, and all of his students are doing very well (they were probably one of the best studios in the whole music school). They also have a brand new state-of-the-art performing hall. It’s also in a VERY CUTE “college town” – nice and green, one of the nicest campuses I’ve ever visited. They are also very vegetarian and vegan friendly – they have the best food there – always A LOT of options for vegetarians and vegans (in the main dinning hall, they have about 14 different types of ice cream available at all times, no joke, and about 6 of them are vegan!!). Check them out if you want to go over to the East Coast.
