Help – what should I eat?

It’s pretty apparent I have an… eating disorder… I’m going to a psychiatrist for that and other things Friday…

But I want to try to get better… I just do not know what to eat. Everything seems gross to me.

If I were wanting to start to try to eat a whole meal every other day, what types of things do “normal” people eat that isn’t going to make me gain much weight but still be… normal? I find if someone tells me to eat something I have an easier time…

(only eat vegan, by the way).

then I would start out with some basic bean and rice salads. You will need a LOT of beans and lentils to make up for the protein and other nutrients you are losing by choosing to be vegan(no offence intended, I respect your decision)

Try to drink a glass of soy milk with the meal too…this will help with calcium. Put tofu on your salads, and really try and begin to have fun cooking. learn to make stir fry. or stuff vegan tortillas with rice and beans and vegies…
