What Vegans Need

What do vegans need to prevent deficiencies?

Vitamin wise?
Anything?
I’m going raw vegan for health purposes, is there a multivitamin out there that has everything i need in it?

Besides the multi vitamin:
Essential fatty acids omega 3-6-9 , found in flax seed, and nuts
Potassium, found in bananas, and lots of other things
Protein and Amino acids, you can get a supplement or get nutritional yeast or protein drinks,
You can get what is called nutritional yeast, and lots of vegans add it to a recipe called tofu scramble for extra nutrients
Calcium, found in almonds, kale, tempeh, bok choy etc
