I know if we were adjusted to eating meat for a long time, we need to take vitamins that are only foiund in meat products
so what vitamins do I need to take?

Meat contains protein, iron, zinc, and the b vitamins riboflavin, thiamin and b-12..
Protein is found in beans, nuts, seed, lentils, meat substitutes, potatoes, etc.
Tofu, beans, whole grains.and dark leafy greens are good sources of iron.
Zinc is found in beans, nuts and whole grains.
Riboflavin in found in dark green leafy vegetables, mushrooms, asparagus and broccoli.
Thiamin is found in whole grains, nuts, sunflower seeds, peas, cauliflower, spinach and legumes.
B-12 is found in nutritional yeast, and can be obtained from organic produce.
