As a vegetarian or vegan what kind of wine do you prefer with vegetables?

Red wine is traditionally eaten with red meat and white wine with white meat or fish. However, what is the best wine to drink with a vegetarian diet, or your preference.

either, it entirely depends how i feel.

generally i find i drink white wine with light meals and red wines with larger meals.

But i’m not going to apply rules to my wine drinking.

edit: Hitlers diaries describe his favourite food as salted ham sandwiches. I don’t think there is anything else to say on that subject. Every other tyrant in the world was a meat eater, it would get boring if we listed all them out !
